The Orioles have announced their minor league coaches and player development staff assignments for the upcoming 2024 season. Three managers are returning to their roles, and two are moving on to new affiliates.

The 2024 season will be Buck Britton’s third season as the manager of the Norfolk Tides. In 2023, the Tides had a 90-59 record and won both the International League and Triple-A National championships.
