Christian Cage vs. Adam Copeland: Lifelong Friends Destined to Battle

Christian Cage and Adam Copeland have been on a collision course since the wrestler formerly known as Edge made his debut at All Out.  Though these men have known each other their entire careers, this is only their sixth match against each other. Currently, Copeland has the commanding lead in these match-ups with four wins to Christin’s one.

One thing, or should I say two things working in Christian’s favor is the outside aid of his adopted sons, Killswitch and Nick Wayne. The young prodigy Nick might be sidelined due to Adam’s conchairto. However, this attack could be the very thing that costs him the match. For those who missed it, Copeland delivered a devastating chair shot to Nick Wayne right in front of his mother, Shayna Wayne.

There is more context to that, but this will be the picture Christian is painting to the young star’s mother. I could easily see Shayna joining up with Christian to be by her son. After all, Christian might be brainwashing her son, but he’s not assaulting him. Regardless of the outcome, there’s a lot more story left between these two, and I look forward to every bit of it!
